My true and lawful representative for me and in my name, place, and stead to manage my property and conclude contracts of lease at the conditions which he may deem appropriate and sign all leasing contracts, extend the term of the lease and renew thereof, collecting of rents and giving clearances and conducting of maintenance and restorations and representing me before any governmental or non-governmental entity on all acts of administrations and also representing me before any police departments and public prosecution for all reports filed by me or against me and reports regarding checks. He is also entitled to meet with officials from the police department and the public prosecution and all officials on my behalf and to brought all Actions of whatever kind before any court of law and before the Court of Cassation, and has the right to appear before all Departments of State and also entitled to sell, purchase, grant, mortgage and business exit against or without for him/her or third party in all property, real estate, chattels, stocks, bonds and all securities and all update in transactions and primary rights in rem and accessory real rights in rem including the sale and purchase of real estate and chattels of all kinds in the price and conditions which he agreed upon, and signing preliminary and final Contracts of Sale and Purchase and to carry out all registration procedures, and sale and purchase of the cars owned by me and register it in his/her or the buyers' name and to appear before the Motor Vehicle Department in this respect and to conduct technical inspection for the cars and renewal of form, pay fines, and to use the cars and to hire drivers, Shipping companies or third party in this respect. He/she is also authorized to purchase and sell stocks and bonds and securities of all kinds, as well as conduct all types of transactions relating thereof and trading in Qatar Stock Exchange.
