Article 11 bis Second of the Legislative Decree No. 25 of the year 1929 added by Act No. 100 of the year 1985

Article 11 bis Second of the Legislative Decree No. 25 of the year 1929 added by Act No. 100 of the year 1985, stating that:

“If the wife refuses to obey her husband without right, the husband shall stop paying her alimony from the date she unlawfully deserted him and she will be considered a recalcitrant wife if she refused to return back to her husband’s house after her husband ordering her to do so through a Court Process Server legally notifying her in person or who acts on behalf of her, and he should mention on this summons the home address”
