Article 26, 31 of the Law No 1 of 2000

Article 26, 31 of the Law No 1 of 2000 organizing Certain Conditions and Procedures of Litigation in Matters of Personal Status, as amended by Law No 91 of 2000

Article 26


The Public Prosecutions undertake the interests of the incapacitated, the absent and the incompetent persons and reserve their money and supervise the acts of administration in accordance with the provisions of this Act; and is entitled to assign one of the Judicial officers, and has the right to assign assistants by a decree issued by the Minister of Justice, and shall consider judicial officers in relation to the works entrusted to them during the course of their job. The Public Prosecution shall determine temporary monthly expense from the money of the persons entitled to maintenance until it's estimated and determined by a court judgment.

Shall be punished by imprisonment anyone who concealed with the intention of causing damage to properties belong to incapacitated, .
 absent or incompetent person
