article 214/4 of the criminal procedural Code

article 214/4 of the criminal procedural Code regulates the right to have a lawyer in the trial, stated that:

" the Advocate general shall assign a lawyer for each defendant whom is referred to the Criminal Court in a felony and has no lawyer to defend him/her..."
