UNCAC has been ratified by 154 countries including Egypt on 25 Feb, 2005; the UNCAC
includes a number of measures and obligations to which its Member States are
abide to effectively combat corruption in all its forms and to extend
international cooperation with respect to the return of stolen funds that is
generated from corruption crimes as stipulated under articles 23, 31, 40, 46,
53, 54, 55 and 57 thereof.
