Egyptian law of Criminal Procedures No. 50 of 1950





Article (461)
The execution of judgments issued in criminal case shall be upon the request of the Public Prosecution, in accordance with what stipulated in this law. And judgments issued in civil proceedings shall be implemented upon the request of the plaintiff as prescribed by the law of Civil and Commercial Procedures.

Article (462)
The Public Prosecution should take the initiative to implement enforceable judgments in the criminal case, and it has when necessary to utilize direct military force.
