Liability arising Personal Acts

If a harm or an injury is done by a personal act of someone he is liable to compensate it in the absence of some specific ground or justification or excuse but such harm or injury requires fulfillment of two conditions:

اذا حدث ضرر من احد الأشخاص فإنه يكون مسئولاً عن التعويض عن ذلك الضرر اذا لم يكن مبرر أو عذر عن الخطأ الذي نتج عنه الضرر و يجب أن يتحقق في هذا الضرر شرطين هما :

1)  Fault or Wrong.الخطــأ  

2)  Causal link.علاقـة السببية
