A false assumption which carry someone to conclude a contract which he would have not concluded if he was aware of the truth before contracting.
An artifice practiced by one of the parties or by his representative are of such gravity that without them the other party wouldn’t have concluded the contract.
A fear or violence practiced by one of the parties by threat of evil against the other party to make him afraid to induces him to give his consent.
1- It must be Essential.

2-It must be Common or at least known by the other party.

1) There must be artifices practiced by a party or by his representative.

2) Fraud which renders the contract voidable must be practiced by one of the parties or by his representative.
