Article 337 of the Egyptian Penal Code

"Such penalties shall be imposed on he who ill-intentionally signs checks with uncovered balance or if the balance deposited is less than the value of the check or if some and/or all the balance has been withdrawn after signing the check in a way that the remaining balance does not suffice the amount debited"
