Whoever enters an occupied
house or a house prepared for dwelling, or
an appurtenance thereof, or an occupied ship, or a place prepared for safekeeping funds, and these are in the
possession of a third person, with the intent of preventing the third person's
possession thereof by force, shall be punished with imprisonment
for a period not exceeding two years, or a fine not
exceeding three hundred Egyptian pounds.
